What is Proovus?: Proovus is a professional experience platform that lets individuals document their work history, request organization validation, and publish blockchain-verified credentials on a public profile.
Who is Proovus for?: Proovus is designed for individuals, organizations, and any institution that needs to verify professional backgrounds. Individuals build verified profiles; organizations validate and sign experiences; recruiters and institutions can verify credentials in seconds.
Is Proovus free to use?: Creating an account, building your profile, and adding up to 3 experiences is completely free. For more advanced usage, Proovus offers flexible plans: a pay-as-you-go model (no commitment), a Pro plan for individuals, and Business/Enterprise plans for organizations. Which blockchain does Proovus use?: Proovus anchors experience records on a public blockchain. Only a cryptographic hash and the organization's digital signature are stored on-chain — no personal data ever leaves the Proovus platform.

How do I create an experience?: Go to your profile, click "Add experience", and fill in your role, company, dates, skills, and achievements. You can also import from a CV/Resume file (PDF/DOCX) using our AI-powered import.
Who can validate my experience?: You can request validation from any organization or manager who has a Proovus business account. They will receive a notification and can review your experience, suggest changes, or approve it.
What happens after my experience is validated?: A cryptographic hash of your experience is anchored on the blockchain along with the organization's digital signature. Your experience then shows a verified badge on your public profile.
Can I edit my experience after validation?: Yes, but any edit will invalidate the existing blockchain record. You will need to request a new validation from your organization to restore the verified status.
How long does validation take?: Most validations are completed within minutes. It depends on how quickly the organization reviews your request. You will receive a notification as soon as the status changes.

How do I create a business (organization) account?: Click "Create account" on the landing page, choose "Business account", and complete the registration form. After your company is verified, you can invite managers and start validating individual experiences.
Is my personal data secure?: Yes. Your personal data is stored securely on the Proovus platform and is never published on the blockchain. Only a cryptographic hash (a one-way fingerprint) is anchored on-chain to prove authenticity.
How do I delete my account?: You can request account deletion from your Account Settings page. On-chain records (hashes and signatures) cannot be deleted as they are part of the immutable blockchain ledger, but your personal profile data will be removed from Proovus.
Can I transfer my validated experiences to another platform?: You can export your profile as a PDF. Each validated experience includes a public verification link so that any third party can independently confirm its authenticity on the blockchain.

What is the skills mapping feature?: Skills mapping lets you visualize all your skills in an interactive matrix. Organizations can use it to analyze their teams' strengths and gaps, compare colleagues' competencies, and drive talent development through dashboards and analytics.
How does the AI-powered CV import work?: Upload your existing CV/Resume (PDF or DOCX) and our AI automatically extracts your experiences, skills, and achievements into your Proovus profile.
Can I generate a CV from my Proovus profile?: Yes. Proovus uses AI to generate a professional CV from your validated experiences. You can download it as a PDF, complete with a verification link for each certified experience.
What is the Proovus Network?: The Proovus Network is a public directory of verified professional profiles. Anyone can browse it to find trusted professionals with certified experiences and validated skills.
